We will always do our best to get you the right product. But if there is any problem, you can bring it back within 30 days* and we will be happy to help you find the right product or give you a full refund.
If you are not fully satisfied with your new bike or gear for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days.
All returns/exchanges must be brand new and accompanied by all of the original packaging, paperwork and receipt. Bicycles must be in showroom condition. Returns are subject to manager's approval.
The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Exceptions: For credit/debit card returns, the exact card must be present. Cash or debit purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of a mailed check within 10 business days of return.
Exceptions: Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
LABOR FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Warranty Returns: We are sorry your product is defective. We will be happy to handle your warranty for products purchased in our locations. Please be aware process time may vary depending on the manufacturer or vendor. (Some vendor restrictions apply.)
